Shipping and return policy

---Important--- To claim a refund for an item due to transport-related damage during delivery, the package must be checked at the time of delivery and any serious damage to the packaging and the item must be noted, reflecting this on the delivery note and taking a photograph of the packaging and the damaged item to send to us by email at info@woodensurf.com . This must be communicated within the first 24 hours after receiving the shipment, and you may refuse to collect it.

Shipping

Our products will be shipped as soon as possible, between 3 and 6 business days, although the deadline may be extended for reasons beyond our control (Christmas, sales, pandemics, transportation problems, etc.) generally within 15 days.

We do not ship to PO Boxes, orders to these addresses will be automatically cancelled.

Return
The return period lasts 15 days. If 15 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging and contain all items received, including any gifts that were sent with the purchased item.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Return Policy - Promotional Packs

1. Complete return of the package:

If you decide to return a complete promotional pack, the total amount paid for the pack will be refunded, provided that all the products included are returned in their original condition, unused and with their original packaging.

2. Partial return of a product from the pack:

If you wish to return a product included in a bundle, the refund will be calculated considering the proportional discount applied to the bundle. This means that the refund will be for the adjusted price of the product based on the overall discount of the bundle.

  • Example:
    • Pack price: €129.
    • Total discount applied to the pack: €13.98.
    • Original price of the returned product: €34.99.
    • Proportional product discount: €3.42.
    • Final refund for the returned product: €31.57.

3. Product changes within the pack:

  • Exchanges of products included in a pack are only permitted for items of the same type (for example, changing the size or model of a sweatshirt).
  • No price adjustment will be applied to exchanges involving products of equal value.

4. General conditions:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, unused, with tags and original packaging.
  • Shipping costs for returns or exchanges will be borne by the customer, unless the product received has a defect or error.

5. Non-returnable products:

  • Customized or made-to-order products.
  • Products purchased on special offer or clearance sale, unless otherwise indicated.



Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Gifts

You will be responsible for the cost of shipping your item back. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping an item of considerable value you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
